Course 4- Golf Swing

It’s now time to dive right into the heart and soul of playing golf.  The golf swing!

Quick Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Take the club back slowly using the shoulders to make the movement
  2. While keeping your weight over the golf ball, rotate the back hip to raise the arms keeping the front arm extended
  3. Once you go as high as you can with the front arm extended, rotate the front hip so the arms can drop down at the ball
  4. After contact, your weight should be entirely on your front side and your chest will be pointing at your target
